You can write changelog here or add link to changelog (remember to mention version number!). Also if you know for _sure_ that new version is available which is not yet listed you can use this to notify our users.
The changelog order you should use is newest on top. If you are pasting changelog directly from another site or document then do it via 
"Paste from Word" -dialog. Just paste and hit submit there and chances are that you will get nicely formatted changelog straight away. It should now automatically format changelog if it has a common structure: (Note that for one word category titles colon at the end of the title is not mandatory and you don't need to clean any leading whitespace.)
